SHIPPING/DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY
You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us, and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale, and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us, and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We may preauthorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order, or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates that You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. If You are unhappy with anything You have purchased on Our Website, You may do the following:
Customers must email: support@remedyhairextensions.com with a request to return the item for a refund. Customer can obtain a refund or exchange with proof of purchase. Returned items must be unopened, package must be sealed and untampered with, clip-in extensions are not worn, within 30 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for their own return shipping costs. Remedy Hair LLC recommends sending the package with tracking included as we will not take responsibility for any lost returns or items.
The Customer will receive a full refund to the original method of payment after Remedy Hair LLC has fully inspected the package/items. Financial institutions can take up to 7 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
If The Customer is seeking an exchange, simply email: support@remedyhairextensions.com with the request of color. Remedy Hair LLC will provide a complimentary return shipping label for US customers. Once we have the returned item back in our possession, and it was unopened/untampered with/unworn, we will ship The Customer an exchange order.
There is a test window in the package, designed specifically so The Customer does not have to open the box in any manner, in order to color match to their natural hair. Remedy Hair LLC offers complimentary color matching, by sending in 2-3 unfiltered photos in natural lighting.
If The Customer is seeking an exchange for a lower valued item, Remedy Hair LLC will issue a partial refund to the original payment method. This process can take up to 7 business days. If The Customer is seeking an exchange for a higher valued item, The Customer will need to pay the difference before the item will be shipped to them.
